If you have ever wanted to start a Letting Agency but not sure how, then this podcast is for you. In this podcast we talk about the initial set up - marketing to get properties and some of the things we did 15 years ago to set up my own letting agency (now sold) which at one point drove 35,000 visitors every single month to our website. Dismayed by the way in which some investments are marketed on LinkedIn by people who advise on 'money' on the tv, I thought I'd give my opinions and show you what to look for and what to avoid.
Due Diligence is more important than ever.
When I challenged this person, they deleted my comments and tried to insist I got a phone call to clear up any 'misunderstandings'.
What a load of old rubbish.
I'm sure a 3% compunded return over 5 years may be acceptable for some people. But why hide the actual returns instead of making them clear enough for people to understand what they're getting into ?
They then said they would re-instate the thread, but then of course never did (I'm not even convinced you can, so why say it) So it annoyed me lots, and I believe people must be putting their money into this type of investment.
I thought I could help more by creating this podcast to make people more aware of what they're getting into.
Let me know what you think,

Making a HUGE amount of money is a serious, life changing event.
But how much is too much. Or how much is just enough ?
We've been programmed to 'just be happy' when (and trust me on this) having more money will increase your 'potential' to be happy.
We need money. Those that say they don't still work 40 hour weeks to go out and get it. Try living without it and see how that goes.
So if you're going to do it, then you may as well go big.
How would £250,000 a month change your life ?
What do you even need to do to make that a reality ?
Take a listen.

Our habits is basically what gets our results. It's not being clever (We all know clever but poor people). It's not just hard work (although hard work is a prerequisite). It's both of those, done on a regular basis, day in and day out. If you're not getting the results you want right now, then chances are, a quick change of your habits will help.
